Based on the highly successful DPU2000R platform, the new DPU1500R offers advanced protection and metering capabilities in an economical and easy-to-use package.
The DPU1500R offers an intermediate alternative to the Microshield O/C and the full-featured DPU2000R. The addition of this new microprocessor-based relay creates a family of feeder protection packages that serves all ranges of applications. The DPU1500R is housed in the same rugged 19 inch rack-mount case as the DPU2000R. A panel-mounting kit is available as an option. The DPU1500R relay uses the WinECP program for communication software to a personal computer as does the DPU2000R and the MSOC relays. Similar to the DPU2000R relay, the DPU1500R communication protocols include Modbus or DNP3.0.
